🕜Guests are asked to meet at the Yoshiki-en garden at 1:30pm. Please wear comfortable shoes as there is no seating in the garden during the ceremony. Look for our officiant, Katie, who will tell you where to go.
Important: Please keep in mind that the garden will remain open to the public. Out of respect towards the other visitors and the historical importance of the location, we ask that chats be kept to a low volume whilst in the garden. We will be able to cheer to our hearts' contents at the restaurant!
Nous demandons aux convives d'arriver au jardin Yoshiki-en à 13h30. Veuillez porter des chaussures confortables car il n'y a pas de sièges dans le jardin. À votre arrivée, trouvez notre officiante, Katie, qui vous indiquera où aller.
Important: Veuillez garder à l'esprit que le jardin restera ouvert au public. Par respect pour les autres visiteurs·ices et la valeur historique du lieu, nous vous demandons de rester discret·es dans le jardin. Nous pourrons nous exclamer à notre guise dans le restaurant !

🕑The wedding ceremony will begin at 2pm and should last no more than 30 min. After the ceremony is over, we ask that guests stick around for a short period of time to take photos. You will then be free to walk around the garden, or go see the deer in Nara Park.
La cérémonie commencera à 14h et durera 30 min maximum. Une fois terminée, veuillez rester dans les parages le temps de prendre des photos; puis vous serez libre d'explorer le jardin ou même d'aller voir les cerfs dans le parc de Nara.

🕓At 4pm everyone is expected to meet in the nearby Noborioji parking lot where transportation will be waiting to bring us to the restaurant, Hyakurakuso. There, you will be asked to remove your shoes and to wear socks on the tatami, so please bring some if needed.
À 16h, tout le monde devra se rendre au parking Noborioji non loin du jardin, où des chauffeurs nous attendront pour nous amener au restaurant Hyakurakuso. Là-bas, il vous sera demandé d'enlever vos chaussures et de porter des chaussettes sur le tatami, donc pensez à en apporter si besoin.

🕠At the restaurant, we will begin the evening with some live music and toasts. There will be a chance for speeches if anyone would like to give one. Dinner will then be served.
Au restaurant, nous commencerons la soirée avec un musicien présent sur place et un toast. Ce sera l'opportunité de faire un discours pour celle·eux qui le souhaitent. Puis le dîner sera servi.

🕣The evening will start to wrap up around 8pm, with taxis arriving at 8:30pm to bring guests back to their hotels or to the nearest train station.
La soirée s'éteindra vers 20h, et des taxis arriveront à 20h30 pour ramener les convives à leurs hôtels ou à la station de train la plus proche.
